About TeamX

Out toward the Oak Ridge and Milton corner of the township, the day starts before the sky does, and in winter that means a driveway has to be ready in the dark. TeamX plows, shovels and salts across West Milford through those pre-dawn hours, opening drives, walks and parking areas ahead of the first shift. Storms in this stretch of hill country often arrive as snow, turn over to sleet, and freeze back down around four in the morning. Working through that has one honest measure: whether the car gets out on time. Nothing else about the night counts for as much.
