West Cape May is a borough of open fields and short blocks, where lima bean rows run nearly to the backyards and the light off the Delaware Bay comes in soft and salted. Jacob Landscaping mows and trims in that light, working the lawns between Sunset Boulevard and the marsh, where the wind never entirely stops.
