About Edwin Fig Landscaping

Wenonah borrowed its street names from colleges — Princeton, Cornell, Lehigh — and a lawn on any of them tells you what kind of week the house has had. Edwin Fig Landscaping works those blocks in the ordinary hours, mowing, edging, and trimming back whatever has crept over the walk. There is real satisfaction in the last pass, when the line along the curb runs straight and the clippings are gone off the sidewalk. Spring and fall bring the heavier jobs — cleanups, beds turned and mulched, leaves hauled off before the grass gives up on the light. It is a small borough, and a yard done right gets noticed by everyone who walks past it.
