About Lou's Landscaping & Design, Inc.

The fields around Dey Mansion on Totowa Road have been mown by somebody for a very long time, and Preakness still likes a well-kept front lawn. Lou's Landscaping & Design, Inc. works in that grain, mowing on schedule and then shaping what surrounds the grass, because a lawn always looks better inside a good border. Beds are cut in with a clean spade line and mulched dark so the green reads brighter against them, edges along the drive are held straight, and trimming finishes the posts and the mailbox. Spring cleanup opens the season, fall cleanup closes it, and the months between are steady attention through a long growing stretch. The result is a yard that reads as composed rather than merely cut.
