About Natural Concepts Landscaping, LLC.

Up in Highland Lakes the yards drop toward the water in short steep panels, and by mid-September the light arrives low and sideways off the surface, turning cut grass a color it never manages in July. Natural Concepts Landscaping, LLC. mows those slopes along with the flatter lots down in the valley, leaving the blades high in late summer so the turf can shade its own roots. The work is plain and particular: mowing on a schedule, trimming around dock posts and stone steps and lamp poles, edging the beds and the drive, and raking the shoreline yards before the fallen leaves mat down. Around the lakes a lawn is mostly what you look at while doing nothing else, so it matters that it lies even. The best afternoons end with the mower loaded and the whole slope combed in one direction.
