Union City rides the top of the Palisades, and on a July afternoon the wind comes straight up off the Hudson, over the cliff, and down the numbered streets like it has somewhere to be. Bolt Lawn Care works at that same tempo — in, mowed, trimmed, blown clean, gone before the shade moves off the driveway.
