JIREH SERVICE

About JIREH SERVICE

Sunday comes quiet on Brunswick Avenue, the traffic thin, the light just reaching the north side of the street, and the city feels briefly like it belongs to whoever is already out working. JIREH SERVICE keeps that kind of steady round through the year, mowing and trimming Trenton yards in the green months and clearing drives, walks and steps once winter takes over. The work is unhurried and thorough: edges cut clean along the sidewalk, clippings blown off the concrete, salt put down where the ice actually forms rather than everywhere at once. Spring and fall bring the bigger passes, beds cleaned out, leaves taken off the lawn before they mat and sour the turf. Property by property, the point is that it always looks tended.
