The adult communities on the west side of Toms River — Holiday City, Silver Ridge — are a quiet geometry of curved streets and short driveways, and after a storm every one of them matters to somebody. CMR Landscape & Design plows and clears them, walkways included, so a front door can open onto pavement instead of a wall.
