About M.J. Melango Snow and Ice Management

The dangerous night is rarely the one with a foot of snow; it is the clear one after a thaw, when meltwater runs across a lot at dusk and sets up glass-hard by four in the morning. M.J. Melango Snow and Ice Management watches Tinton Falls for exactly that, plowing when it snows and treating for ice when the temperature slides through the freeze line without a single flake in the sky. Driveways and lots get cleared and pushed back, entries and walkways opened, salt and de-icer laid where shade and drainage conspire against you. Pretreating ahead of a storm is unglamorous work and it is the whole difference between a hard pack and an easy scrape. Properties across town and through the surrounding area get the same overnight watch.
