Rolon Lawn Service

About Rolon Lawn Service

By early November the oaks around Bedminster and Pluckemin let go all at once, and a yard that was tidy on Friday is buried by Sunday. Rolon Lawn Service spends that stretch of the year in leaves — raking out from under the shrub lines, blowing the beds clear, hauling the piles off before wet weather packs them down and smothers the grass underneath. The rest of the year is the steady part: mowing on schedule, trimming the edges, walks kept clean of clippings. There is something plainly good about a yard finished on a cold afternoon, the last load gone and the turf showing green again under a low sun. Spring brings the other cleanup, when winter's mess comes off and the beds get their shape back. The Hills sees them come around again, week after week, and the lawns show it.
