Snow comes in over the flats toward Helmetta with the sky gone flat pewter, and by three in the morning Spotswood is under it. Snow's Landscaping LLC is out plowing then — drives opened, lots pushed back, walks and steps cleared and treated so the ice never gets a grip. Come June the same trucks run the mowing route: weekly cuts, trim lines along fences and foundations, edges held, clippings off the pavement, feeding and weed control right through the growing months.
