About US ENTERPRISES LLC Sunset Facility Management

Long after the borough's houses have gone dark, the lots along Somerdale's commercial stretches still have to be ready by seven. US ENTERPRISES LLC Sunset Facility Management runs the overnight side of winter — plowing lots and drive aisles, opening entrances, clearing the walkway between a parked car and a front door. Snow gets stacked where it will not block a sightline or melt back across the pavement, and salt goes down before the refreeze that follows a clear, still night. The measure of the work is the morning: doors that open on schedule, a lot that fills without incident. In a town where one storm can take a whole day down with it, that easy start is the entire point.
