Sunset Lawn and Landscape

About Sunset Lawn and Landscape

October dusk comes on fast in Somerdale, the sky above the rooftops going copper by five and the air smelling of cut grass and cold at the same time. Sunset Lawn and Landscape works right up to that last light — the closing mows of the season, the borders tightened, leaves gathered and carried off so the lawns go into winter clean. Once hard weather arrives, those same yards get plowed, the walks opened, salt laid where the drive meets the street. By April the routine swings back around: cut, trim, edge, repeat, until the grass is thick enough to hold a mower stripe. There is a plain pleasure in a property looked after all the way around the calendar.
