About Greensmith Property Maintenance llc.

A shopping-center lot at five in the morning after a storm is a blank page — no cars, no lines, nothing but white. Greensmith Property Maintenance llc. plows it back into a parking lot before the first employee turns in off the road, then salts the aprons, the marked spaces and the walk in front of the doors. Driveways too, all through Sicklerville and up toward Blackwood, cleared curb to garage so a morning can start on time. South Jersey ice more often arrives as freezing rain than as powder, which makes the salt matter as much as the blade. Nobody remarks on a lot that's clear, and that silence is exactly the compliment.
