About Sky-Hy Tree Service & Lawn Service LLC

Snow finds Short Hills in the small hours, drifting through the streetlights along the Rahway River and stacking on the stone walls until the town looks like a held breath. Sky-Hy Tree Service & Lawn Service LLC is out in it — plow lights swinging across driveways, shovels working the steps and the walk to the mailbox. Winter on this side of the ridge runs slick, so a drive that pitches down to the road gets cleared and cleared again, and salted where the shade keeps ice honest. The goal never changes: a car that can leave, and a path a person can walk without thinking about it. By the time the neighborhood wakes, the work looks like it happened on its own.
