About Dean Weiss Landscape, LLC

A snowstorm in Roseland is quiet in a particular way: no traffic on Harrison Avenue, the streetlights hung with falling white, the borough asleep under a few inches that will be a foot by morning. Dean Weiss Landscape, LLC is out in the middle of that — plowing driveways, shoveling walks and front steps, spreading salt where ice would otherwise set up hard. The point is simple and old: a household should wake up to a way out. By the time the town plows have gone through and sun catches the wet blacktop, the drives are dark and open and the path to the door is bare. Winter work in a small borough is mostly this, showing up in the dark so that the morning can be ordinary.
