About Markovski Landscaping & Tree Service

Mount Hope's old mine roads climb out of Rockaway into oak country, and by November the wind up there strips the last leaves off in a single afternoon. Markovski Landscaping & Tree Service meets it with fall cleanups and final cuts, then turns to plowing, walkway clearing and treating the ice at turnarounds once the cold sets its teeth. Winter on these grades is unforgiving about half-measures; a drive is either open or it is not. The growing season is mowing, trimming and edging, week in and week out, on lawns cut into old iron-country hillside. Steady hands, hard ground, work that shows.
