About Alexander's Landscaping & Tree Service

Along Speedwell Avenue the old mill pond still holds the sky, and the year turns over it twice in ways this crew knows by feel. Alexander's Landscaping & Tree Service keeps Morristown lawns cut and edged from the first warm week of April, when grass comes up fast in that river-bottom soil, until the last leaves are hauled off the curb. Then the tools change — plow blades, shovels, salt, and the long night shifts when a storm parks over Morris County and refuses to move. There is a real pride in an edge that runs straight past a mailbox post, and the same pride in a walk opened all the way to the threshold. Different months, one habit: leave no doubt about where the lawn ends and the bed begins, and no doubt about how to get to the front door in February.
