About CLC Landscape Design

Up along Skyline Drive the wind finds you first and the snow follows, and by two in the morning the whole ridge above Ringwood is one white unbroken shape. CLC Landscape Design is out in it, plowing driveways and opening walks so the first person awake in the house steps onto pavement instead of guesswork. Salt and sand go down where the pitch runs toward the road, because in these hills a driveway is really a small mountain pass. When the thaw comes the same trucks trade the blade for mowers, and the year turns to lawn care — cutting, trimming and cleanups that put a yard back in order. It is one long conversation with the same piece of ground, twelve months at a time.
