About Hartman Landscaping, LLC

From the Stanton side of the township the Cushetunk ridge stands over the fields, and on an October afternoon the light comes off it gold and low. Hartman Landscaping, LLC works the ground below — mowing and trimming through the growing months, mulching beds, shaping hedges, then running the autumn clearing that gets leaves off the turf before the first hard freeze. Readington keeps a lot of open sky, which means wind, which means leaves travel; the last pass of the year matters more here than it does in a sheltered street. Spring opens with a cleanup and a fresh edge cut on every bed. Then the whole slow green business begins again.
