West of town the land opens into hedgerow country, and along the Great Road the morning comes slow — dew standing in the grass until the sun clears the Sourland ridge. Sferra Landscaping works those early hours, mowing while the air is still cool and the clippings fall soft. Edges are cut clean along stone walls and gravel drives, held the whole length of a lawn without a wander. As the season turns the work goes underground: feeding, seeding, thinning the thatch, so August still finds color in the turf instead of straw. It is plain work, done with attention, and it shows from the road.
