About Brother & Sister Landscaping

Pennsauken keeps one shoulder to the Delaware, and on winter mornings the river sends its cold up the streets before the sky has decided on a color. That is the hour Brother & Sister Landscaping is already out, plow down, opening a driveway so the first steps of the day land on clear pavement. By July the same township is all green and humidity, and the work turns to mowing, trimming, and the edge cut clean along the walk — the kind of line you notice from the sidewalk without knowing why. Across the water Philadelphia's towers catch the light first; here in the township it arrives later, low and gold, over lawns just finished. It is ordinary work, and it is the reason a yard looks cared for.
