About EverGreen Property Services

From the drive below Lambert Castle you can take in the whole city and, if you stand there long enough across a year, most of its weather too. EverGreen Property Services works that entire arc in Paterson — mowing, trimming and cleanups while the valley is green, plowing, shoveling and salting once the ridge goes white. The property is the same property in July and January; only the tools and the hour change. Summer means keeping edges sharp and beds clear; winter means being out ahead of the traffic so a lot or a driveway is open before anyone needs it. Handing back a place that looks cared for in every month of the calendar is the whole ambition.
