Late August in Lake Hiawatha smells like cut grass and warm asphalt, and the cicadas keep going long after the last mower shuts off. Delia Brother's Landscaping works the tight grid off North Beverwyck Road, where the lawns are small, square and close enough together that a sloppy edge shows from three houses away.
