About Dirt Cheap Excavating
West of Newton the land opens into Fredon's hayfields and long sloping yards, the kind of acreage that takes real time on a mower. Dirt Cheap Excavating handles that grass — wide passes across open ground, tight trimming around foundations, posts and outbuildings, a cut edge where lawn meets gravel. Big properties reward a straight line, and there is genuine pleasure in standing at the road afterward and seeing the whole run of it laid down even. Spring cleanup pulls the winter litter out of the beds; the autumn round clears leaves before frost sets them in place. Come evening, that low Sussex County field light makes a fresh-cut lawn look like it is glowing.
