About AGR Services

Mount Olive sits high enough that a storm crossing Morris County tends to find it first, and AGR Services works the hours before the town wakes up to that fact. The plow goes out while Budd Lake is still a dark plate under falling snow, and it comes back down the hill with driveways opened one at a time. There is real satisfaction in a clean apron of blacktop at first light — the mailbox reachable again, the car door swinging free, the walkway salted where the cold likes to hide. Snow removal is the whole of the work here, and the work gets measured in mornings that start on time for everybody else. By the hour the sky clears over the ridge, the town looks like it simply woke up plowed.
