The Property Coach

About The Property Coach

By late July the neighborhoods off Kendall Park and Dayton go still in the afternoon — sprinklers ticking, sidewalks radiating, everybody waiting for six o'clock. The Property Coach works the cooler ends of those days, mowing at a height that lets the turf hold its moisture, trimming the fence lines, edging the walks back to a clean margin. Fall brings the cleanups; winter brings the other trade entirely, plow blade down on the cul-de-sacs, walkways opened, salt where the shade keeps ice honest. Nothing here is complicated — it is just done on time, every time it needs doing. That, over a year, is what makes a property look cared for rather than merely mowed.
