Garden Communities

About Garden Communities

Toward the Springfield line, where Millburn flattens out along Vauxhall Road, snow behaves differently than it does up on the ridge — it lands wet, packs down under tires, and turns to a gray crust by evening. Garden Communities clears that ground all winter: lots and drives plowed, walkways and entries shoveled, ice knocked back and salted before the morning crowd arrives. A storm is a scheduling problem as much as a snow problem — one pass early, another when it stops, a third for whatever the plow piles left behind. Nobody thinks twice about the walk they crossed without slipping. That is exactly the intent.
