About Rockfield Landscape (Formerly R&S)

Dig anywhere along the northwest edge of the borough and you find what the glaciers left behind — stone, and more stone, the rock that gives this ground its bones. Rockfield Landscape (Formerly R&S) works with that grain: mowing, edging, trimming and bed care through the growing season, cleanups in spring and fall, mulch laid where the soil needs holding. When the cold takes the calendar, the route turns to plowing, walkway clearing and salt on the steep spots that glaze over first. Ground read properly drains right, cuts right and clears right, which is three seasons of the same understanding. The finished look is plain and correct, and plain and correct is the hardest thing to make.
