About Plant Solutions

November on the Raritan Valley floor turns the ground heavy — the clay under Middlesex holds a rain for days, and boots pick up half the yard. Plant Solutions works with that soil rather than against it, timing the last mows, the edging and the fall cleanups to what the ground can take. Turf here rewards being read: cut height, timing, what gets cleared off before the freeze. Once the cold sets, the same attention goes to plowing, shoveling and salting so drives and walks stay usable through a long gray stretch. Knowing the ground is most of the job.
