About Blue Star Lawn Care

The western edge of Middle Township gives out into salt hay and tidewater, and on a clear evening Delaware Bay throws the light back so hard that every yard between Green Creek and Dias Creek looks lit from below. Blue Star Lawn Care aims to be finished before that hour — mowing, edging, string-trimming the fence lines and carting the clippings off, so the last of the day falls on a lawn already put right. Ground this close to the bay is sand under a thin blanket of topsoil; it runs wild in June, sulks in August, and the cutting height moves to meet it. The part worth standing back for is the edge — one exact line where turf meets driveway, held straight the whole length of it. In May the beaches down the road fill with horseshoe crabs and the birds that come for them, and the yards up the lane take their first real cut of the year.
