About Principal Property Solutions

Along Route 33 the lots have to be open before the doors are, which puts the work between midnight and sunrise. Principal Property Solutions plows Mercerville through those hours — long clean passes across parking areas, driveways pushed to the right corner, walkways shoveled and salted so the first arrival steps onto grip instead of glass. Snow that has been piled well stays out of the way for the rest of the week; snow piled badly is a problem until April. So the stacks go where the meltwater can drain and the sightlines stay open. Then the sky lightens over Hamilton and the lot looks like an ordinary Tuesday.
