About Strong Roots Turf Management LLC

Marlboro is named for what is under it — the greensand marl the old pits gave up, a soil that holds water and holds roots and asks a lawn to work for its footing. Strong Roots Turf Management LLC builds its lawn care around that ground, and September is when it matters most: cooler nights, warm soil, and turf willing to thicken up if somebody gives it the chance. The autumn routine is mowing at the right height, keeping the leaves from smothering what is coming in, and holding clean edges while the season winds down. It is slower, less showy work than a summer cut, and it is what a lawn is actually made of. Come the following spring, a Marlboro yard that got its fall right shows it from the curb.
