About Ells Inc Property Management

Margate in January is a different town than the one the summer knows. Shutters closed, half the blocks dark, the ocean loud because there is nothing else making noise, and streets that can go a whole morning without a car. Ells Inc Property Management works that off-season island, clearing snow from drives, walks and entries after the weather comes across the bay and lands on Absecon Island all at once. Wet coastal snow is its own animal — heavy, quick to glaze over, unkind to a set of front steps — so the job is to get it off early and keep the ice from setting in. The result is worth the cold start: an open driveway, a scraped walk, a shore house that looks minded even with nobody home.
