About D.Hall Landscaping LLC

On the bay side of Margate the day opens with a tide line — flat water in the lagoons, cleats ticking against masts, gulls working the Thorofare while the island is still half asleep. D.Hall Landscaping LLC keeps the small salt-worn lawns and hedges on those blocks between Amherst Avenue and the water, where sand travels and anything green has to earn its place. Mowing here is close, patient work: tight yards, short borders, edges that show from the sidewalk because there is nowhere for them to hide. When the season turns and a storm comes up the coast, the same work becomes plowing and shoveling, opening drives and walks so a quiet street can move again. Barrier-island upkeep in both directions — July and February — and a block that looks tended either way.
