About Overland Landscaping & Maintenance LLC

October is the honest month in Manville. The maples along the side streets let go all at once, the light goes thin and slanting, and every lawn in the borough disappears under a week's worth of leaves. Overland Landscaping & Maintenance LLC works straight through it — mowing while the grass still asks for it, clearing the beds and the gutlines, hauling the piles away so the turf can breathe into winter. A few weeks later the same trucks are out with plows on, opening driveways and walks after the first real storm rolls down the Raritan valley. Two seasons, one rhythm: keep the ground clear, keep the way to the door open, and let a Manville property look cared for whatever the sky is doing.
