About Oasis Landscape Design & Construction

The neighborhoods that climb the Cragmere side of Mahwah are all terraces and short retaining walls, lawns cut into a hillside that never really agreed to be flat. Oasis Landscape Design & Construction reads that grade for a living — mowing the slopes clean, trimming the awkward corners no rider can reach, mulching beds so the rain stays where it is wanted. Down the hill toward the college fields the ground opens up and the same care simply shows at a wider scale: broad green, straight lines, edges that look drawn rather than cut. Tend a lawn often enough and correctly enough and it starts holding its shape on its own. That is the aim every week, from the first warm stretch through the last mild afternoon of fall.
