About Artistic Landscaping

Madison was once the Rose City, its greenhouses set where the sun ran longest, and something of that eye for color still lives in the borough's front yards. Artistic Landscaping works in that spirit — beds shaped like a composition, a lawn mowed into even bands that catch June light on their way down Main Street. Mowing, trimming, edging, mulch laid dark against new green: the ordinary vocabulary, arranged with intention. The pleasure is in the finish, the sharp line where turf meets stone, the way a yard suddenly reads as deliberate rather than accidental. By evening the crew is gone and only the shape remains, which is exactly how it should be.
