On a storm night the Turnpike keeps humming past Exit 13 no matter what falls, and the lots along Linden's edge have to be open when the sky finally quits. MRI Services runs into that weather: plowing, stacking the piles where they will not eat the parking, cutting the walks and the entrances by hand, salting so the morning refreeze has nothing to grab. Coastal storms here change their minds — snow to sleet to rain and back — so the work is timed to the surface, not the forecast. Come first light the pavement is dark and wet instead of white, and the lines are visible again. That is the whole reward, and it is a good one.
