About Green Acres Landscape Construction

By the second storm of a February week the little streets over toward Winfield Park have nowhere left to put snow, and every pile has a gray crust on it. Green Acres Landscape Construction works those tight lots — plow angled to stack where it will not block a door, walks cut wide enough for two people, salt down before the melt refreezes at dusk. When the thaw finally comes the same ground turns to mud, and the season flips to mowing, edging and hauling winter's wreckage off the grass. Linden lies flat here, so water sits and the cleanups matter. There is a particular pride in a driveway opened at dawn and, six months later, that same driveway framed by a lawn cut in clean lines.
