Allen's Landscapes

About Allen's Landscapes

Fog holds over Colonial Lake into the late morning some weeks in May, and by noon the whole township smells like cut grass. Allen's Landscapes works that stretch of the calendar hard — weekly mowing, trimming around fences and mailboxes, spring cleanups that leave a yard clean out to the curb. Autumn brings the leaf work, drifts of maple and oak carried off before they mat down and smother the turf. Then storms track up the coast and the same crew is out plowing Lawrence Township driveways, clearing the front walks and spreading salt. There is a real satisfaction in a property that looks finished, in any month of the year.
