About Benjamin's Property services LLC

Out along the Lakewood Industrial Park the lawns are long, flat and public — that strip between a parking lot and the road that everyone sees and nobody thinks about until it goes shaggy. Benjamin's Property services LLC takes that stretch seriously, mowing on a schedule, edging where turf meets curb, trimming the islands and clearing the cuttings off the asphalt. The same care carries over to the houses on the streets behind it, where the yards are smaller and the standards are personal. Full sun, a stiff afternoon breeze, ground that drains almost as soon as it rains — grass here wants consistency more than fuss. Cleanups bookend the year, one to get it started in spring and one to put it away in fall.
