About Pristine Property Maintenance, LLC

Snow finds Kingston early up on the ridge, where the road runs toward Rocky Hill, while the low ground is still only wet. Pristine Property Maintenance, LLC works those storms end to end: plowing driveways and lots, clearing steps, walks and doorways, and laying ice melt where freeze-and-thaw keeps coming back for another try. A storm is one long night broken into short trips, property to property and around again as it keeps falling. The best part is the second pass at first light, when the pavement finally goes dark and stays dark. Winter here is manageable — it just has to be met at four in the morning.
