About Roe Landscaping Concepts & Management

Johnsonburg is an old crossroads village in Frelinghuysen Township, so old it once went by the name Log Gaol, tucked among limestone hills and wet meadows that hold their mist deep into October mornings. Roe Landscaping Concepts & Management brings lawn care and landscape planning to this quiet corner of Warren County, where yards sit beside old farmhouses, stone walls and pasture. A tended lawn here has wild neighbors: the fen and woods of the Johnsonburg Swamp Preserve, the timber climbing every ridge. Roe's work is about shape and order — a lawn cut low and even, beds laid out with thought, a yard that frames an old house the way a mat frames a print. On a still autumn morning, with frost lifting off the hayfields and crows talking in the hedgerows, that order feels like a small kindness to the village.
