Along Route 23 the maples in Oak Ridge turn before anything else, and once they go the year starts moving fast. Infinite Outdoor Designs takes it in both directions — mowing, trimming and edging all summer, then fall cleanups that strip the lawns and beds down clean. When the cold sets in, the same properties get plowed: driveways opened, walkways cleared, salt worked into the spots that ice over first. This corner of Jefferson stacks up more snow than the valley towns downhill expect, and the plan has to account for it. Come April the cover comes off, and the grass gets its first cut of the year.
