About Hillsdale Landscaping & Construction

Hillsdale Avenue at midday in August: heat shimmering off the asphalt, awnings down, and the lawns in the side streets still holding their color because somebody is minding them. Hillsdale Landscaping & Construction takes its name from the borough and works it street by street — mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and curbs, mulching beds and hauling the season's debris away. Spring and fall cleanups bracket the year, and the middle is kept by simply never letting anything get ahead of you. In winter the routes turn white and the job becomes plowing, shoveling and ice control before the first cars move. It is a good feeling to drive your own town and know which blocks you keep.
