About Luethke Landscaping

Haworth is a borough of deep shade — oaks and maples closing over the lanes, the Oradell Reservoir holding a flat gray light at the end of the afternoon. Lawns grow in that half-light, and they ask for a patient hand: a blade set high in July, edges cut clean along the curb, clippings kept off the pavement. Luethke Landscaping works those yards week by week, mowing, trimming and edging, and hauling the season's leaves off the grass before the first hard frost sets them down for good. There is real satisfaction in the last pass of the mower, when the stripes line up with the street and the whole yard sits square under the trees. Green comes late to a canopy like Haworth's, and it is worth the wait.
