About Garden State Lawn Care

Hamilton sits out on the inner coastal plain, where the ground turns sandy as you move southeast and drains faster than anybody expects. Garden State Lawn Care works with that soil instead of against it — mowing on a rhythm that suits the season, overseeding and fertilizing so the thin sandy patches fill back in, mulching beds to hold water where the ground gives it up quickly. Edging, string trimming and seasonal cleanups round out the visits, from the first cut of spring to the last leaf. There is a plain pleasure in watching a struggling stretch of turf knit itself together over a few months. This is farm ground underneath the subdivisions, and it still grows things well when someone pays attention.
