The Kittatinny Ridge stands west of Hamburg like a long closed door, and it takes the sun early, so evening in the valley arrives ahead of schedule. Hall's Tree Care fills the daylight in between with lawn work — mowing, edging along walks and drives, trimming what a mower can't reach, and clearing a yard down to grass in spring and again in fall. Under old shade trees the turf thins and sulks, which is where overseeding earns its keep. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that recovers, that comes back thicker the following June because somebody paid attention. The growing season up here is short enough that every week of it counts.
