TwoThumbs Lawn Care

About TwoThumbs Lawn Care

Behind the houses near Staib Park the backyards are small, fenced and full of particulars — a hedge to keep square, a strip beside the garage the mower cannot reach, a slate path that disappears if nobody trims along it. TwoThumbs Lawn Care works at that scale, hands-on and close in, on lawns around Hackensack. In June the grass runs hard after every thunderstorm, and keeping up means showing up, cutting at the right height and taking the ragged fringe off every edge. By November the same yards are cleared of leaves and put to bed for winter. The result is a small piece of ground that feels tended rather than merely mowed, from Hackensack out to Rochelle Park, Maywood and River Edge.
